Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Louden Park, Gwynns Run, Pennsylvania Produce Terminal and TrucTrain traffic for Baltimore.
  2. Edge Moor and beyond, except as provided for in Blocks 3 and 4 and by Trains: MD-6, MD-12, MD-18 and BL-6. Also, NON-perishable traffic destined Frankford Jct., (No. 6 Classification), including points between Fairhill and Holmesburg Jct., including Bustleton Branch, Ontario St., Tioga St., Kensington, Norris St., Shackamaxon and K&T Branch.
  3. Grays Ferry, 52nd St., North Philadelphia and Penrose Classifications No. 1, 3, 4 and 8. To include traffic for all stations Overbrook to Paoli; South St.; 31st and Chestnut Sts; Broad and Washington Ave. (West of Broad St.); Point Breeze; Girard Point; West Chester Branch; North Philadelphia; also TrucTrain cars and perishable traffic only for Frankford Jct. (No. 6 Classification). (SEE NOTE).
  4. South Philadelphia (No. 2 Classification). To include traffic for Greenwich; South Phila. Frt. Station; South Phila. Terminal Yards; Morris St.; Federal St.; Walnut St.; Dock St.; Vine St.; and perishable for Pennsylvania Produce Terminal (No. 5 Classification); also traffic for Reading Co. at Belmont. Also Norristown-Ernest (No. 7 Classification) points on Schuylkill Branch, Bala, incl., to Hazelton and so routing and Dale, incl. to Langhorne, incl.

NOTE -
Perishable traffic destined Bustleton Branch and Frankford Jct. District (Phila. No. 6 Classification) received Potomac Yard after dispatch of BP-2 and up to the closing hour of MD-18 (10.45 AM EST) to be properly blocked and forwarded in Block 1 of train MD-18.

WASHINGTON (Benning) -
Hold onto Block 1 - Pick up in reverse order traffic for Philadelphia; also traffic for Edge Moor, including dry freight for Waverly and beyond, as per makeup.

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Louden Park, Gwynns Run, Pennsylvania Produce Terminal and TrucTrain traffic for Baltimore (from Potomac Yard).
  2. Traffic for Philadelphia (from Benning).
  3. Edge Moor and beyond (from Benning and Potomac Yard).
  4. Grays Ferry; 52nd St.; North Phila.; TrucTrain and perishable traffic for Frankford Jct. District and Penrose Classification (from Potomac Yard).
  5. South Philadelphia (from Potomac Yard).

BALTIMORE -
Set off Block 1.
TrucTrain cars to be placed 12.01 PM same day.
Perishables to be placed in time for market following day.

EDGE MOOR -
Set off Block 3.
Protect connection to Trains: MD-134 and D-33 of same day; D-27, MD-116, MD-16, MD-107, MD-109 and D-3 of following day.

GRAYS FERRY -
Set off Block 4.
Protect connection Runner to Penrose for PT-35 and PT-41 following day.
North Philadelphia traffic (No. 3 Classification), TrucTrain cars and perishable traffic for Frankford Junction District (No. 6 Classification) to be moved by Runner same day of arrival to North Philadelphia and Frankford Junction.
TrucTrain cars to be placed at Frankford Jct. 3.30 AM, EST following morning.

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA -
Perishables to be placed at the Penna. Produce Terminal in time for regular market and auction following morning.
Protect connection to Train S-3 of following day.

NOTE:
Account BL-6 not scheduled on Tuesday, makeup of BP-2 from Potomac Yard (Tuesday only) will be as follows:
  1. Louden Park, Gwynns Run, Penna. Produce Terminal and TrucTrain traffic for Baltimore.
  2. Trenton Classification.
  3. Phillipsburg Classification.
  4. Camden and so routing.
  5. Edge Moor Classification.
  6. Grays Ferry Classification-52nd St., North Phila., Penrose (Classifications 1, 3, 4, 6 and 8). TrucTrain cars and perishables for Frankford Jct. District.
  7. South Phila. (No. 2 Classfn.), Penna. Produce Terminal (No. 5 Classfn.) and Norristown-Ernest (No. 7 Classification).
