under speed restriction of 45 m.p.h. or under, but not less than 20 m.p.h.

- Protect placement TrucTrain cars by 8.00 AM following day.
- Protect connection to Trains: SW-9, CN-29 and NW-85 of same day; also CN-27, CL-7 and CL-13
of following day.
