Protect connection from NYNH&H Trains: NG-5, NE-1, BG-1 and NG-3. CLOSING HOUR from connections - 3.40 p.m.

Consist -
All cars (loads and empties indiscriminate, including western ownership box cars so routing) for Conway-Scully and beyond, including PC&Y, Chartiers Branch, Pgh. Try Street, P&WV RR and Montour RR, Weirton, Wheeling, Mingo Jct., Columbus and so routing; Canton, Crestline, Ft. Wayne and so routing. (To exclude cars subject to movement in LCL trains and TrucTrains), also exclude excessive dimension shipments for Conway and beyond routed via Enola, Altoona, Kiski Jct., Butler Jct., Sharpsburg and Pittsburgh North Side).

Makeup - Indiscriminate.

WAVERLY -
Pick up as per consist, all available freight from Waverly - Newark District.

CONWAY -
Protect connection to Trains: BRC-5, EP-1, PY-3 and SWC-1 same day; also VC-1, VL-9, ED-27, CP-5, WC-7, WC-5, CE-5, ED-3, CIN-1, WC-1, ED-58, WC-11, PD-1, ED-23, CW-1, ED-37, CP-1, AS-10 and WC-9 of following day.
Protect connection from Trains: TH-3, WP-15, EC-9, ED-45, WC-15, EC-7, PC-7, BC-7, SWC-1, GWC-1, NWC-1, CBF-2 and BC-5 of same day.

Consist -
All cars as per makeup (except cars of normal dimensions but with speed restrictions subject to handling in Train VL-9).

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Loaded cars only for St. Louis and beyond routing via TRRA or when no Belt line route is shown.
  2. Empty cars only for St. Louis and beyond routing via TRRA.
  3. All loaded and empty cars routing via E. St. Louis and A&S (Alton & Southern) and Manufacturers Ry. Co.
  4. Rose Lake Classification, including TrucTrain traffic for E. St. Louis; cars for I.T. RR; E. St. Louis Jct. RR and Southern Ry.
  5. Indianapolis Classification, including TrucTrain traffic for Indianapolis and Louisville.

INDIANAPOLIS -
Set off Block 5.
Protect placement TrucTrain cars by 2.00 PM same day.
Protect connection to Trains: IL-4, SL-23, IS-4 and SW-31 of same day; also SW-1, IL-1, IS-16, IS-6 and SW-9 following day.
Pick up on rear, cars for E. St. Louis and beyond, including Pocahontas incl. to Caseyville, Incl.
Protect connection from Trains: IS-3 of same day.

E. ST. LOUIS -
Protect placement TrucTrain cars by 7.00 AM, following day.
Merchandise cars to be placed E. St. Louis by 7.00 AM, following day.
Deliveries to connecting lines contemplated as follows:
