Protect connection from Trains: R/A-33, CM-90, CA-290, CB-21, WY-34, CA-300, WY-846, A-39, WY-840, WY-842, A-31, WY-50, WY-26, WY-80 and CA-298 previous day.

Consist - All freight as per makeup.

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Thurlow, including Octoraro Branch points, Chester Heights to Rising Sun, inclusive.
  2. Edge Moor Classification to Havre de Grace, inclusive, and including all points on Delmarva District.
  3. Washington Classification, including all traffic for Landover and points on Magruder Branch, also points on Rosslyn Connecting Railroad.
  4. Potomac Yard and so routing.
  5. Baltimore Classification.

FRANKFORD JUNCTION -
Pick up as per makeup.

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Thurlow, including Octoraro Branch points, Chester Heights to Rising Sun, inclusive (from Frankford Junction and Pavonia).
  2. Baltimore (from Frankford Junction).
  3. Edge Moor Classification to Havre de Grace, inclusive, and including all points on Delmarva District (from Frankford Jct. and Pavonia).
  4. Washington Classification (from Pavonia).
  5. Potomac Yard and so routing (from Pavonia).
  6. Baltimore Classification (from Pavonia).

THURLOW -
Set off Block 1.
Pick up available Baltimore freight.

EDGE MOOR -
Set off Blocks 3, 4 and 5.
Protect connection to Trains: MD-117 (cars from Thurlow), D-3, BL-5, D-33 same day; also D-27, MD-107 and MD-109 of following day.
Pick up cars for Baltimore.
Protect connection from Trains: MD-7, MD-108, MD-110 and MD-133 of previous day.

Consist -
Baltimore and so routing, including Popes Creek Branch and NCR, Mt. Vernon to Parkton, inclusive, but exclusive of Washington and Potomac Yard, subject to handling in Train BL-5.
