Atwater, O. and Rootstown, O. located on Main Line of Lake Region[;] and Weirton
Jct.-Mingo Jct. Dist., Steubenville, Ohio and all points on River Branch, New
Cumberland Branch, Terminal Branch and Wheeling secondary track of Pgh. Region.
