  1. All loaded cars, and empty auto device equipment for Conway and east, including Bayard Branch points Beaver, Pa. to Wellsville, O. both inclusive; and all points on the Northern Region; points on the Lake Region, i.e., New Brighton, inclusive to Ashtabula, incl. and Erie, exclusive, including Youngstown, Niles and New Castle; and Altoona, Enola-Harrisburg and so routing - INDISCRIMINATE.
  2. TrucTrain cars for Johnstown, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Baltimore and So. Kearny, for New England points routed via D&H Wilkes-Barre and for New England points routed via New Haven RR at Greenville. TrucTrain cars loaded automobile carriers for Harrisburg, Baltimore and So. Kearny.
  3. TrucTrain traffic destined Columbus, O. and for Norfolk, Va. routed via Columbus-N&W Ry.

NOTE - 1 -
Open loads of lumber, poles and piling on flat cars and gondola cars[,] when lading extends above sides of cars[,] must be handled in Train ST-2, instead of ED-4. Cars requiring refrigeration in transit, heater or ventilation service must not be handled on this train. Also, this train not to exceed 75 cars from Toledo to Conway; 90 cars from Conway to Enola, or tonnage rationg that would prohibit train from maintaining schedule over all Regions.

CARLETON -
Pick up as per makeup, protecting connection from DT&I RR[.]
CLOSING HOUR -
Detroit - Ford Motor Co. 7.00 p.m. for delivery PRR, Carleton - DT&I by 9.30 p.m.

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Toledo and so routing, excluding Block 2 (Received from DT&I RR at Carleton).
  2. Conway and east, including Bayard Branch points, Beaver, Pa. to Wellsville, O. both inclusive; including empty auto device cars but excluding all other empty cars (from Detroit & Carleton). Includes cars for all points on Northern Region, and Lake Region points, New Brighton to Ashtabula, inclusive and New Castle to Erie.
  3. TrucTrain cars for Johnstown, Phila., Harrisburg, Baltimore and So. Kearny; for New England destinations routed via D&H-Wilkes-Barre and for New England destinations routed via New Haven RR at Greenville, N.J. TOLEDO -

Set off Blocks 1 and 4.
Protect connection to Trains: ST-2, TC-12, TD-2, TD-4, TD-24, ED-2 and CD-2 of following day.
Pick up TrucTrain and automotive traffic as per makeup; Pick up other traffic for Conway and east when car limit permits.

  2. Conway and east, including Bayard Branch points, Beaver, Pa. to Wellsville, O. both inclusive; including Northern Region points and Lake Region points New Brighton to Ashtabula, inclusive and New Castle to Erie, exclusive of Block 3.
  3. Livestock for Conway and beyond.
  4. TrucTrain cars for Chicago.

CRESTLINE -
Set off Blocks 3 and 4.
Protect connection to Trains: FW-8 and LCL-1 of same day.

CONWAY -
Protect Somerville, Delair, N.J. and Chester auto traffic to ED-4.
TrucTrain cars loaded automobiles on automobile carries to connect with trains of same day as follows:
Cars for Harrisburg to ED-52 to Pitcairn for TT-4.
Cars for Baltimore to leave Conway on front end WPB-4.
Cars for So. Kearny of excessive dimensions moving under BX Authority, which will not permit movement via Philadelphia, must be handled on front end of train CIN-2.
Cars for O. Kearny of excessive dimensions moving under BX Authority, which will not permit movement via Pittsburgh Passenger Station nor via Philadelphia, therefore must be handled on front end of train CS-8. On the days CS-8 is not represented from Conway[,] such traffic to be handled from Conway on train CE-2 to Enola[,] thence NY-4 to Meadows for placement at So. Kearny by 5.00 AM, Prevailing Time.
Other TrucTrain cars to Train: ED-52 of same day to Pitcairn for connection TT-4.
All other cars to Trains: ED-4, ED-58, CE-4, ED-52, WPB-4, CIN-2, CBF-1, AS-10, CS-8, BC-8, CE-2, CA-10, EP-1, SC-6, SC-8 and PY-3 of same day; ED-48, CP-8, ED-27, SW-10, ED-46, FC-8, HW-2, CSB-8 of following day.
Protect connection from Trains: CIN-2, CS-8, SW-8, NW-82, CE-2, ED-59, CBF-2, FW-8, ST-2, SW-10, and GRE-2 of previous day; ED-2, ED-28, CP-2, CW-2, EP-2, SW-2, PY-4, SW-6, CE-4 and ED-4 same day.

Consist -
Automotive traffic for Somerville, Mass. routed D&H: Chester, Pa. and Delair, N.J. and all freight as per makeup.

  1. Automotive traffic for Somerville, Mass. via D&H.
  2. Automotive traffic for Chester, Pa.
  3. All freight for Thurlow District, including Octoraro Branch Points, Chester Heights to Rising Sun, incl., but exclusive of Block 2.
  4. Pavonia (Camden) and so routing.
  5. Automotive traffic for Delair, N.J.

ALTOONA -
Set off Block 1. Connection to Train CSB-8 of same day.

ENOLA -
Pick up Blocks 1 and 2.
Automotive traffic for Delair, N.J. and Chester, Pa. from train BF-4 of same day and any other Chester or Delair Auto traffic available.

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. Automotive traffic for Delair, N.J. (from Enola).
  2. Automotive traffic for Chester, Pa. (from Conway and Enola).
  3. All freight for Thurlow District, including Octoraro Branch points, Chester Heights to Rising Sun, incl., and exclusive of Block 2 (from Conway).
  4. Automotive traffic for Delair, N.J. (from Conway).
  5. Pavonia (Camden) and so routing (from Conway).

THURLOW -
Hold onto Block 1 when making setoff Blocks 2 and 3.
Automotive traffic for Chester, Pa. to be available for placement by 6.45 a.m. (P.T.)* unless otherwise arranged.
Protect connection to Trains: MD-47 and MD-48 of following day.
*(P.T.) - Prevailing Time.

CAMDEN (Pavonia) -
Cars for Delair to be moved promptly by shifter to accomplish placement by 7.00 a.m. prevailing time.
Protect connection to trains: A-38, CA-297, CM-91, CA-289 same day; CA-299, WY-841, WY-843, CB-20, WY-33, WY-27, WY-51, A-34 and WY-79 of following day.

NOTE 2-
Whenever volume requires, to relieve train ED-4 and provide scheduled handling of automotive and other traffic, advance section of Train ED-4 is to be operated between Toledo and Conway on the following schedule:
