- Set off Block 5.
- Protect connection to WC-1 of same day.
- Protect connection from LCL-2 of same day with TrucTrain cars for Toledo.
- Pick up available Toledo and beyond traffic.
- Protect connections, (Wednesdays Only) account PD-1 not scheduled Tuesdays, from Trains:
