  3. Indianapolis - Transfer Yard Classification, to include loaded traffic for Logansport, Chicago and so routing, EXCEPT mineral freight in open-top cars, excessive dimension and speed restricted cars subject to handling in block 2.
  4. All freight, except TrucTrain traffic[,] for Richmond and so routing, including points Ft. Wayne, incl. to Crestline, excl., points on Grand Rapids Branch; Cincinnati and so routing; Points Zanesville Branch Morrow, incl. to Circleville, incl. and points Clare, incl. to Xenia, incl.
  5. Bedford, O. Classification - Macedonia, incl. to Maple Heights, incl.

All freight, except livestock and perishables, for Grogan District - Columbus, O. and so routing, including points on Buckeye Region (Akron Branch) - Columbus, excl. to Orrville, excl.; points on Lake Region, exclusive of the following - traffic for points on Marietta Branch, Tuscarawas Secondary, and Mahoning Secondary, subject to handling in Columbus - Yard A Classification train SW-8; territory New Brighton, incl. to Ashtabula, O. and North Girard, Pa. both inclusive; points on Alliance Branch - North Sebring, Snodes, Berlin Center and North Jackson and traffic for Atwater, O. and Rootstown, O. on Main Line of Lake Region, subject to handling in Conway Classification; also to exclude loaded box car freight destined to Detroit proper when routed PRR through to Detroit, such cars subject to handling in Columbus Block in train TT-4.

INDIANAPOLIS - Transfer Yard -
Set off Block 3.
Protect connection to train NS-7 same day.
Pick up Block 3.

INDIANAPOLIS - HAWTHORNE YARD -
Set off Block 7.
Protect connection to Trains: NS-8, CL-2, IS-16, IS-6, IL-4 and IS-4 of following day.
Pick up cars of Block 6.
Protect connection from trains: IS-15, CL-1, IS-5, IL-2 and SL-24 of previous day; IS-3, SL-26, LC-11 and SW-30 of same day.

RICHMOND -
Set off Block 4.
Protect connection to Trains: CN-28, RH-7, CO-8, RH-1, RH-6, CL-10, CO-2, GR-7, CO-1 and RH-3 all of following day.
Pick up as per makeup.
Protect connection from Trains: RH-8, CO-8, RH-4, CO-2, RH-5 and RH-2 of same day.

Makeup - Block Classification
  1. All freight for points Bradford, inclusive to Piqua, inclusive (from Richmond).
  2. All freight for points Piqua, exclusive to Columbus, exclusive (from Richmond).
  3. Bedford, O. Classification (Macedonia, inclusive to Maple Heights, inclusive) (from E. St. Louis).
  4. Protect connection to Trains: CBC-1 and FC-2 of same day; TD-11 of following day.
